Price is assuming standard design with Sarah Homes standard specification, and excludes air conditioning, floor coverings, window treatments, paving, retaining walls (if required), landscaping or fencing unless otherwise stated above. Final price will vary depending on selections, engineering, council & encumbrance requirements and adjustments to allowances. All sales and contracts are subject to final council and developer approval. All plans are copyright and remain the property of Longridge Group Pty Ltd. The land referred to in this house and land package is not owned by Sarah Homes and we make no representations about the suitability of the land to build on or otherwise.

Pricing

All pricing shown on our website or within our printed material is indicative only and subject to change without notice. All prices shown are inclusive of GST. Pricing is based on standard specifications and does not include optional items that may be depicted in plans, photos or other visual representations. Pricing excludes floor coverings, window treatments, light fittings, drainage and utility connections. Our New Home Consultants can provide more information, indicative pricing or a more formal quotation.

Client Referral Incentive

Longridge Group offer a $500 referral incentive to existing and past clients who successfully refer family and friends to build with us.

Clients are eligible for the incentive payment where both their build and the referred build proceed to construction.

Referrals are unable to be acknowledged once the referred parties’ contract has been signed.

Only one referral will be paid per referred build, with any disputes to be resolved by the party being referred.

Referrals will be acknowledged in writing on the provided Referral Incentive card, by both the client making the referral and the party being referred.

The referring party will receive notification by email to collect an EFTPOS Gift Card within 14 days from the end of the month when the applicable job is sent to construction.
