Five bedrooms and two living levels Sarah Homes'
Lawson Two Storey 5 Bedrooms design is a top family option

Large families or those wanting a weekender with space for friends to stay over, this holiday style Sarah Homes design maybe just what you've been looking for. The Lawson Two Storey design comes in several configurations and this floorplan version comes with five bedrooms, making it ideal for more than one family to sleepover.

Four bedrooms downstairs, each with similar proportions of about 3.4m x 3.3m, allow ample room for queen-size beds or double bunk beds. The fifth bedroom is upstairs where homeowners (or those renting it if it's built to be a holiday rental) can enjoy a spacious retreat with this room running almost the entire depth of the design, with inclusions of a built-in robe and an ensuite, featuring
both a shower and a bath.

In between the bedrooms, the Lawson Two Storey 5 Bedrooms wastes no space with hallways and all is used for living areas, with a central lounge downstairs and the main living/dining upstairs. Go upstairs and the family lounge is directly in front of you, and extends out through a double set of sliding doors to a timber-clad balcony under the main roofline.

To one side of the openplan, there's room for a large dining table where everyone can gather around, while at the back is the kitchen, configured in the standard floorplan as a galley style with a large walk-in pantry
toone end.

With the double sink and prep bench facing into the room, and space for a breakfast bar overhang, the kitchen will have a communal feel while also allowing you to have a casual meals area, where kids can sit and dine if parents are seated at the table. Also situated upstairs is a separate powder room and a separate toilet which means the ensuite is kept private for the master bedroom.

Downstairs there is a second bathroom with a vanity, toilet and shower, and on the other side of the stairs is a laundry where you may wish to add benchtops and cupboards. An interesting feature of this design is that there is no real entrance and front door, and entry is via the sliding doors and into the downstairs lounge. It's all very relaxed and casual, which is all part of the weekender feel of this home design.

This Lawson Two Storey floorplan can also be built with a single garage option - in place of two of the bedrooms (if less beds are needed) - so it has flexibility but it won't reduce the living spaces or impact wet areas.
