With classic Sarah Homes' decking on the outside,
the Fairweather 3e centres life around entertaining

If you're craving a sea change, whether it be location wise, home wise or perhaps both, Sarah Homes' breezy Fairweather 3e design may just be the one for you. Sarah Homes have designed a home that not only feels like a weekend getaway, but also meets the needs of a busy family life with it's open plan layout and zoned sleeping areas.

This airy single-storey design will have you feeling at ease with its open layout, bright lightfilled interior and inviting outdoor spaces. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms and classic Sarah Homes' decking- there's two decksthe Fairweather 3e design is centred around entertaining.

You enter via one of the living spaces and there's a definite open vibe. All living areas wrap around the central galleystyle kitchen which both divides and joins them: there is a lounge on either side of the kitchen wall, and a dining area in between the two and adjacent the kitchen.

Several sets of sliding doors allow all living spaces to open to an outdoor deck, amplifying the space and making it ideal for entertaining during the warmer months. The huge master bedroom is located at the front of the home, with plenty of natural light, fitted with a walk-in wardrobe and a long ensuite with a recessed vanity, a shower niche and toilet.

The home's remaining wet areas are housed back to back with the ensuite: the laundry is behind it and adjacent is the main bathroom, set in a three-way design. The laundry also has outdoor access for hanging the washing out. The remaining two bedrooms are large and can be upgraded with built-in storage if required.

Light and bright, the Fairweather's 176sqm of total space takes advantage of natural light with large windows, louvres in wet areas for good ventilation and 2.7m ceilings accentuate all spaces. Sitting at ll.2m wide, this design will suit a traditional sized allotment with ease and still allow for garden space.
